Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions
- Entrepreneur: Goudsmid Vera, based in Rotterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 80244599.
- Customer: any natural or legal person placing an order with the entrepreneur.
- Agreement: any order or agreement between the entrepreneur and the customer.
- Products: all jewellery and accessories offered by the entrepreneur.

Article 2 – Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the entrepreneur’s webshop.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Offer
- The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
- Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

Article 4 – Orders & Payment
- An agreement is established once the customer places an order.
- Payment must be made in full through the available payment methods before the order is shipped.

Article 5 – Delivery
- The entrepreneur will make every effort to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
- If delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
- Delivery will take place at the address provided by the customer.

Article 6 – Returns & Right of Withdrawal
- The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason (right of withdrawal).
- The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- The costs and risks of returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 7 – Warranty
- The entrepreneur guarantees the quality of the delivered products.
- Jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by the customer.

Article 8 – Liability
- The entrepreneur is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.
- The entrepreneur’s liability is always limited to the purchase amount of the product concerned.

Article 9 – Complaints Procedure
- Complaints must be submitted in writing, fully and clearly described, within a reasonable period after discovery.
- The entrepreneur will respond to complaints as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

Article 10 – Applicable Law
- These terms and conditions and any agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
