Delivery time:
- Orders for jewelry that is in stock will be shipped within 3–4 business days.
- For custom-made or personalized jewelry, a longer delivery time applies. The expected delivery time will always be communicated with you in advance.
Shipping method:
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via PostNL.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands as well as international orders are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Free shipping applies to orders over €500,-.
Responsibility during shipping:
We take every effort to package your order securely. Once the package has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive a track & trace code. Goudsmid Vera cannot be held liable for delays or damages that occur during transport, but we will of course be happy to assist you if anything goes wrong.
